Alami's open-air restaurant serves a delightful fusion of Indonesian specialties and international favourites. The resort's talented chefs work magic with locally sourced ingredients, including just-caught seafood delivered daily by local fishermen and vegetables from nearby farms. Dietary restrictions are happily accommodated with advance notice, and the bar serves refreshing tropical cocktails, local and imported beers, and a selection of wines.

 

The heart of Alami Alor is its professional dive center. The spacious facility includes a well-organised equipment room, rinse tanks, secure storage for cameras and gear, and a dedicated camera room with workstations and charging points for underwater photographers.  The resort's fleet consists of several custom-built dive boats with ample shade, marine toilets, camera tables, and safety equipment. Each boat is staffed by experienced local captains and divemasters who know Alor's waters intimately. The dive centre follows best environmental practices and offers NITROX for qualified divers. Dive packages can offer up to 3 guided boat dives per day and unlimited unguided house reef dives.
