Built in 2003 and exceptionally maintained, Ocean Hunter III is super spacious when considering she accommodates only 16 passengers in 8 cabins. The cabins are comfortable, offering ample storage space for everything you need, and have a full ensuite shower. There are three standard cabins and four deluxe cabins with a little more room. And two master staterooms located on the upper deck. There is a beautiful indoor salon with entertainment system and comfortable seating and a large diving room – bring your own DVD for movie night or take advantage of the on-board library!
The onboard Chef offers freshly cooked fare, suitable for all palates and dietary preferences from Vegan to Keto, or allergies including gluten intolerance... you aren’t going to go hungry! A self-serve Espresso machine will satisfy the caffeine addicts, and fruit, snacks and chocolates are available all day. The bar has a good selection of American and Australian wines for purchase too.
From a diving perspective, Ocean Hunter III offers a very generous dive deck, spacious skiffs with Bimini covers and a large, covered camera area with tables and charging points. Ocean Hunter III is also fully fitted out for Technical and Rebreather divers, including Trimix. For surface intervals, the top deck offers shaded space and an open-air sundeck, complete with loungers and chairs, and even two heated jacuzzi.
Water temperatures are slightly lower in September, October and November and that means there are usually more of the smaller and unusual critters about.
